Weekend activities in Marshall?

Hi all, The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $54,815 in Marshall. Rent is about $769/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Any advice would be great. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is decent. Tons of great farm-to-table places. I love the pace of life here.
