Job hunting in Mendota -tips?

Hey everyone, Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $121,100 on average. With a population of 6,915, Mendota is a small town. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Unpopular opinion about Mendota

So, Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 9.3%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $826 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Thoughts? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

What Mendota does better than anywhere else
