Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 11,911, Middleburg is a small town. Rent is about $1,094/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
