Is it worth buying in Minneola?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 15,371 people. Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think?

I've been living here for 1 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The traffic is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Came here for family and stayed because the quality of life is solid. The traffic is honestly excellent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I've lived in Meadowbrook for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Chicago, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Affordable housing options
- The safety scene is excellent

The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for young professionals. Happy to answer more specific questions..
