Is it worth buying in Minneola?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 15,371 people. Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think?

Best and worst neighborhoods in Minneola

Random thought, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $386,700 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts? The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Hey everyone, My partner and I are Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I wrong here? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
