Been living here since 2011. With a population of 15,371, Minneola is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 15,371 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
