Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $843/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. Household incomes average around $105,286 in Mountain Top. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. TIA! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
