Things Mountain Top needs to improve

First post here. It's a a small town city with about 11,856 people. The median home value here is around $274,600, which seems about average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? Any help is appreciated.

I'm a lawyer and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is decent and there's always something going on.

As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much wild but now it's decent.
