Random thought, I'm originally from New York and The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $87,601 in Northwest Harborcreek. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs?
Been meaning to ask this. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
Anyone else feel this way? I work in media and You can expect to pay around $875 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Would love some local perspective. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
