First time home buyer in Osprey

I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $680,200, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 1.1%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
