Relocating to Palmyra, NJ -pros and cons?

Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 19 years and Median household income is $85,014, which feels pretty solid for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I wrong here?

Random thought, Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $1,680 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Anyone else feel this way? I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $216,600, which is actually reasonable. With a population of 7,447, Palmyra is a small town. Biggest downsides of living in Palmyra?

Longtime lurker here, You can expect to pay around $1,680 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks! The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
