It's a a small town city with about 9,502 people. With a population of 9,502, Pleasant Grove is a small town. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest?
OK so Crime rate is something to consider -Pleasant Grove sits at 1,594.5 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
