Hey, Just moved here 6 months ago and You can expect to pay around $721 for rent here. Median household income is $42,829, which feels on the lower side for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this?
