Curious what people think. We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $140,900, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 26.5%, which is higher than I expected. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What would you do? Appreciate any input. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Worth doing your research before committing.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. No regrets on my end..

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The cost of living is underrated compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..
