Housing in Somerset compared to Houston

Military spouse here. You can expect to pay around $830 for rent here. Poverty rate is 26.5%, which is higher than I expected. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts? Thanks for reading.
