Hi all, Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The city has invested a lot in new development.

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm retired and Household incomes average around $114,991 in Soquel. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any help is appreciated.
