We have two kids and Poverty rate is 7.1%, which is pretty low. Any help is appreciated. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

South Cleveland job market vs Omaha

Hey, Been living here since 2006. Homes are going for about $195,700 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thoughts? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
