Best and worst neighborhoods in St. Joseph

Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $1,139 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Has anyone dealt with this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
