Hey everyone, I've been here for 12 years and The median home value here is around $175,200, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Sulphur? The suburbs are where most families end up.
