Working in Swansea -salaries realistic?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Household incomes average around $84,367 in Swansea. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I wrong here?

Is Swansea walkable?

Been meaning to ask this. We're a young couple and Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 6.4%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What are your go-to spots?
