Best and worst neighborhoods in Town and Country

Hey folks, I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What would you do? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Why I chose Town and Country over bigger cities

Hey, I work in education and Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 5.5%, which is about average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs?
