Moving from Baltimore to Yoakum next month
Alright, I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 0.6%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Yoakum sits at 335.5 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Would love some local perspective.
