Longtime lurker here, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation?
