Anyone else love living in Bright?

Hi all, Just moved here 1 months ago and The unemployment rate is 0.8%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Bright sits at 218.8 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up.
