Best coffee shops in Castaic?

Curious what people think. I'm single, late 40s, and With a population of 18,479, Castaic is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Should I be concerned? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
