I'm single, late 40s, and Rent is about $1,191/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 7.8%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. What do you all think? TIA! The city has invested a lot in new development.

First post here. Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $435,200 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to.
