Not sure if this has been asked before, but Military spouse here. Homes are going for about $331,500 on average. The median home value here is around $331,500, which seems about average. The unemployment rate is 5.1%, which is about average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable....

Longtime lurker here, Military spouse here. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Housing in Kerman compared to Denver

Longtime lurker here, I'm a college student here and The unemployment rate is 5.1%, which is about average. Poverty rate is 23.8%, which is higher than I expected. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Looking forward to hearing from you all.
