So, Poverty rate is 6.9%, which is pretty low. Worth the trade-offs? Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I'm retired and Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Median household income is $136,719, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development.
