Anyone else feel this way? Rent is about $1,429/month for a decent place. Any advice would be great. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a remote worker and You can expect to pay around $1,429 for rent here. Poverty rate is 6.6%, which is pretty low. Curious what people think. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Is Marion Oaks worth it salary-wise?

I work in insurance and Homes are going for about $233,000 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The weather takes some getting used to.
