Best and worst neighborhoods in Rockville Centre

Random thought, Homes are going for about $796,100 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
