Cost of living reality check -Spencer

First post here. I'm originally from Orlando and It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

What surprised you most about Spencer?

Anyone else feel this way? It's a a small town city with about 5,520 people. Am I overthinking this?

How much do you pay for rent in Spencer?

I relocated for work and You can expect to pay around $1,052 for rent here. Poverty rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned?
