Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2016. Homes are going for about $452,600 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? TIA! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up.
