Is Welcome good for remote workers?

Random thought, The median home value here is around $164,100, which is actually reasonable. Crime rate is something to consider -Welcome sits at 810.7 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families...
