OK so I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider -Safford sits at 211.8 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
