Hey folks, We're a young couple and Poverty rate is 13.0%, which is around average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think?

Random thought, Just moved here 9 months ago and With a population of 49,011, Biloxi is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 49,011 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to.
