I'm retired and Crime rate is something to consider -Maple Valley sits at 54.1 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Has anyone dealt with this? Any help is appreciated. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
