Working in North Salt Lake -salaries realistic?

Hello, I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $469,800, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $469,800 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Thanks for reading.
