So, Just moved here 9 months ago and Poverty rate is 7.3%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $2,014/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
