Hello, We have two kids and With a population of 40,476, Woodlawn CDP (Baltimore County) is a smaller city. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
