Alright, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Should I be concerned? Cheers. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Been meaning to ask this. We have two kids and It's a a smaller city city with about 29,143 people. Poverty rate is 7.0%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? Thanks!
