Been living here since 2014. Poverty rate is 9.0%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Should I be concerned? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
